Well, I did it. I bought The Elf on the Shelf. My friend Dawn has been telling me to get it and then I found out (thanks, Jen!) that they are available at the Hallmark store in the mall. You can read all about the elf by clicking on the link above. My kids are convinced that this little guy is watching their every move and reporting back to Santa each night. It's fabulous!
